RETURNS POLICY

Your business is extremely important to us so we operate a no quibble returns policy and any item purchased from us can be returned within 7 days for a refund or exchange.

Any item returned to us must still be in a saleable condition, which effectively means that it must be unused, the packaging must be undamaged, and the tags must still be attached (if applicable). We're sure you'll understand that we cannot offer a refund for an incorrectly ordered item if it cannot be placed straight back into stock.

Customer Contact Telephone Number
Reason For Return
Order Number or Invoice Number.

When sending something back to us, please remember that you are responsible for the package until it has been received by us. We therefore strongly recommend that you use an insured delivery method such as recorded delivery that requires our signature. On lower value items a Certificate of Posting from your post office should suffice (this is a free service offered by the Post Office).

As with the majority of Websites, we are unable to refund the postage on items incorrectly ordered.

Exchanges will be dispatched using our standard 3-5 working day delivery service.
